You act as if Saddam is a rational man. It matters not if he is rational. Saddam does not have the infrastructure for international intrigue, never has. If he did, he does not have the right environment. Terrorists need to be stateless, not a central dictator of a well known country. Sure, he could have a CIA assasination squad, but it could never be large enough or visible enough to be a real terrorist organisation. You are still much to inclined to believe everything Rush tells you. TP
