you want a more direct ownership in the asset, buy it yourself and get a 15-20% yield on top of your retune of capital and without all the expensive management fees charged by the trust.

Hi jim,
Bear in mind that the CanRoys replenish reserves unlike their American cousins. Mostly they might be accused of being ponzi schemes but not typically depleting as in for example SJT.

EDIT I would agree that the American versions are better avoided IMO.
