One of the major reasons that you have innocent people executed or incarcerated is because our justice system is flawed. When do we see the prosecutors punished for withholding evidence or fabricating a case against an innocent person? In most cases that I have seen for a reversal of guilt it goes back to the prosecutor and police in withholding or creating evidence to convict. There should be extreme penalties for this. This position does not mean that when you have iron clad evidence, as we do in whesterfields's case, that we should not execute.
