It has something to do with the nature of the problem, the fact that one has multiple solutions and that Bush has the political skills of a longshoreman or is not completely in charge of his cabinet.

That's right; it has to do with the current administration's inept foreign diplomacy. Only a few refuse to recognize the serious screw ups we are witnessing. And it gets worse as each day goes by.
