Biggs has been modestly bullish for about nine months now. I have to admit I believe his bullishness has fallen into the, IMO, misguided optimism of a lot of others. IE: It's been everything except the economy that is affecting the economy. I've been thinking there is a good chance if all goes well in the owrld(which I don't believe will be the case), but still if it does, we could see the mkts rally for possible a year with investors giving high PE to stocks in anticipation to a recovery But when things start to come unglued again, head for the exit door.
