Not sure what to make of the stock price reaction. Down $0.42 to $14.10 on just over 25,000 shares. Probably not the reaction that was foreseen. Or hoped for.

Maybe the big blip yesterday on over 100,000 shares was in pre-reaction (???) to the acquisition announcement that occurred this morning. Nah ... that would mean something.

Connect-Care's Management page provides some interesting reading in the personal profiles. Looks like the key players in CC have been together in various capacities for quite a while.

A detail that escaped me originally is that the two new officers of FSTW have the same last name. Brothers, perhaps? No, I won't bring up "The Brothers Grimm", or fairy tales.

I built a time-line on paper from the facts in those management profiles and the facts in the company's history page. Interesting. Connect-Care is a fairly recent (5 years) spin-off of a much larger company that was sold for $128 million. And, there was a distribution group that generated over $380 million in annual revenue. Not sure what the discrepancy between the value of the company when sold compared to the annual revenue amount means.

I find it interesting that the spin-off would be sold for FSTW shares worth about $2.8 mil.
