It is my opinion that David Dodge has his head up his ass, and if it weren't for his shoulders, he would completely disappear up there. I called the PMO this morning to express my opinion( off course the PM was in B.C. so we could not talk <g> I left my #) about the rate hike. 80% of our exports go to the U.S., would this cause an increase in prices for the U. S. importers? This guy (DodgE) wants his name in lights, he will get it , but for the wrong reason. Elmer
