OT It is a curious fact that XLNX is a larger component of SOX (7.85%) than Intel (5.99%) or AMAT (4.55%). phlx.com

Therefore the news from XLNX does have some effect on SOX. CY is not in SOX, so I would deem its effect to be negligible.

Will we retest Oct lows of 209?

I believe that once it is apparent that the pipe dreams of this administration's foreign policy are exposed, i.e., it is shown that "victory" in Iraq neither reduces the threat of terror to US nor contributes substantially to peace in the Middle East, but instead merely drives a wedge between the US and its allies and proves far more costly than is estimated, the lows will be tested and will ultimately fail. If GWB is reelected President next year, I can foresee capital flight out of US, both human capital and investment capital.
