Total BS, where DO you come up with this crap? Had clinto still been in office we never would have known that NK was building nukes until one was detonated somewhere in the world. President Bush stepped up to the plate and takes responsibility. I'd rather sent them food in exchange for inspections and gradual infiltration of their society with capitalist goods and ideas wrong again, uAs. The Korean war was fought over 40 years ago, and the only infiltration of capitalist goods to the North has ALWAYS gone to the dictator, his family and his army.
