Im afraid they dont give a $hit....... they have made their Chunks ..through crooked back room deals..and special favors having No-thing to do with ability..... True competition (among them..) is not in the equation.... So ignoring innovation is A Given....... Using a quote from the ..Get Saddam 'mindset' ..posted here last week......
