No one is arguing with you on that when it comes to state sanctions against a citizen. No one is arguing in favor of state sanctions against Clinton because of this matter. But, I am interested in the good old American tradition of innocent until PROVEN guilty. Any accusation can be made about anyone. That's what makes the U.S. different than a police state.
