Oh, you mean that the world has overlooked the fact that we're going to have a surgical strike on Saddam and his cronies. Perhaps it was the several hundred thousand American troops that have been dispatched that has obscured that message. Or are the troops a figment and what we're really doing is sending in a couple of swat teams just to take out the bad boyz?
