"irrefutable circumstantial evidence"?!? Isn't that an oxy-moron. Circumstantial evidence being irrefutable. In any case, that's why so many criminal convictions are overturned and innocent people are sent to jail and later released. Because of flimsy circumstantial evidence and questionable witnesses. That's also why I think the death penalty is a bad idea, but that's a whole other ball of wax, as they say.
