Not suggesting we should. My point was that 300K soldiers might just "mislead" people into thinking that we were going to do something more than assassinate Saddam. Surely you can understand how some might get that impression. Your point was that it should be obvious or at least discussed until it was clear that the war is really only a police action to capture a few bad guys. Well, it's not obvious to those who are scared or distrustful or simply want to cover all their bases.
