Although no proven innocent has been put to death in the past 30 years, I wouldn't mind executing a few innocents if it meant the DP could deter thousands more murders.

I think our criminal justice system is fairly ok though strained due to the shortage of judges, thanks to the democrats' obstructionism.

I am on the fence about the death penalty - in practice not theory.
