Including the 1993 bombing of WTC???? It didn't help that most were not brought to trial.

I assume when you say good guys, your warped interpretation would mean WJC and Algore.

All the attempted attacks on the U.S. soil, while the good guys were on duty, were found and stopped. There was 100% conviction on all terrorists brought to trial.
