It isn't clear where the information that you posted even came from. Do you have a link to Form 144 filings on the Internet?

As I'm sure you know, Form 144 is used to register securities that may or may not be sold within a three month window. If the securities are not sold within three months, another Form 144 must be filed. The securities don't have to be sold through the broker listed on the form. That is simply the name of the broker that you intend to sell the securities through. I don't know why Sovereign is listed as the broker, but it doesn't mean that Dick had an account with them. For all you know, whoever helped him fill out the form could have typed Sovereign's name even though Dick didn't have an account there. Maybe they were hoping that he would open an account there so they could broker the transaction. Like I said earlier, what difference would it make even if Dick did have an account at Sovereign? Are you trying to imply that there's something crooked about Dick Ratcliff? If so you better back up your defamatory accusations with more than innuendoes about a 144 filing. You can use all the negative buzz words you want. It just makes you and your "research" look foolish.
