PT that depends how you look at it, take Saudi Arabia for example: in prison ranking we loose to Saudis in almost every category, make it all categories. In fact number of jailed in Saudi Arabia is limited to the unfortunate few. Even those unfortunate few would probably not stay in prison much longer after executioner would come back from lunch. It's all how you spin it, is not it?
