Steve He didn't buy a lot (850K) and I haven't seen a US press release, just the Oslo one. Much faster reporting requirements in Norway. Nice price, about 14 cents, so he had to buy on the 27th since that was the only day it dipped that low. It is on the news list here on 2/28. no.finance.yahoo.com My theory is that Moe checked out BDBBR and realized how good we are doing here averaging down in PGO and decided to join us. The guy has already made 15-20% on this buy. The JimP of Norway? We hope it is the start of a larger buying program but small buys or large buys, the same question remains. If this dog will never hunt, why throw good money after bad? John
