"More Myths of Global Warming" One of the more reckless myths is that clean air has no value other than in how it impacts on global warming. The health of all creatures is related to air quality. Acid rain and lung disease do not require a consensus on global warming in order to be given serious consideration by Governments. Clean air initiatives urge business and industry to increase efficiency of energy production through technology, and to rely less on the inefficiency of non-renewable resources. It doesn't require a PHD to understand that environmental resources (such as air) are impacted by human activity, and that humans have the choice to be thoughtful in how they process or use resources. Filthy air is a health issue.
