There is a lot of secrecy in the Bush White House, as to their real intentions, both domestically and internationally. Much of the time they pose as the opposite of what they really are, for instance, wanting to "reform" Medicare and Social Security. Or bring "common sense management" to the environment. Or "prevent forest fires". By looting Medicare and SS through privatization and fewer services. By UN-regulating environmental protection to allow more pollution, etc. And by allowing virgin tracks of old forest to be clear-cut or nearly clear-cut. These results benefit a few of their big contributors and no one else.
