I read the whole article. I did not see anything about being branded "a congenital liar". Scott Ritter does not carry much weight with me, since there has been no adequate explanation of why he changed his tune in the intervening years. I am not familiar enough with David Albright to evaluate his views on the matter. Of course, it is possible that their is a lot of embellishment in Hamza's testimony. Professionals would not rely upon him solely, but would check what he said against other intelligence sources. Since I do not assume that the Administration is busy looking for excuses, but is interested in evaluating the situation, I consider its endorsement of Hamza as sufficient to give him credibility........
