a bubble exists wherever talk of a bubble persists or more simply, a bubble exists wherever GreenScrotum continues to encourage investments to go the real estate bubble will stall in next few months this is part of the topping behavior then comes the long period where it gives off gas that will be the early decline stage then finally is the period of uncertain length when it declines that will be undeniable far-reaching implications to the US Economy refi's are continuing even now but cashouts are slowing markedly from my sketchy info I truly expect 2004 to focus on negative home equity late buyers with little downpaymt will hurt first and fast but those who unwisely withdrew sizeable equity in cash for spending insanity will also hurt quickly neither will have their equity to draw on, and soon after the downlegs, they will sit on negative home equity reminds me of old drug addiction recovery days back in late 1980's WHEREVER ALCOHOLISM IS DEBATED, ALCOHOLISM EXISTS otherwise, why is the topic raised ??? discussion is a clear early indicator of actual fact / jim
