I have read that the reasons for Russia and France not going along with an international force is as a result of drilling rights that Iraq has given them which would answer some questions I have. That leaves Germany which has been a large supplier of weapons to Iraq according Fox news. If thats true no wonder Germany is so opposed to this action. I can't imagine the fallout of finding German made weapons would be good. Honestly...I don't want any of it to be true as it would further serve as proof that we as a globe of nations would sell each other out for money. I know it happens but I hate the thought. I want so badly to believe that when push comes to shove we all group together based on right and wrong....not money.
