On December 5th, exactly 3 months ago, the OSX closed at 86.87. As I type, the OSX is sitting at 86.08.

We've had bullish inventory reports, bullish weather reports, a war premium, rising rig counts, countless analyst upgrades and news articles singing the praises for the OSX. And we're exactly where we were 3 months ago.

If all of the bullish news we've seen can't take the OSX higher, what will?

The only thing that has worked recently is buying support and selling resistance. There's more downside potential here than upside, but I've already mentioned this on several occasions.
