No. Of course. That which is not an impact is not an impact. Lead was a big impact. CO2 was a big impact. But a small amount of CO2 is an impact relational to its percentile. Certainly, some countries offering oxygen reprieves on street corners would indicate that something is slightly askew with our air quality, eh?? How pitiful and sad...
