And that is very wrong. Yet another reason why I can't fully support Israel or the relationship we have with them. I fear our relationship with Israel could become our undoing

Not true at all, that Israeli policy of which you speak has been in plain sight forever practically. I've complained about it myself here at SI and so have many others and many jewish Israelis complain of it publicly as well. Clearly, the Jordan Times' report on the screwing of Palestinian civil rights is a matter that is less well known in the U.S.
