not even in one way, for they will plead for help, just like we're doing now, cept we are only pleading for support, not help I'll support you , and make some gentle "pleas" too ! we had 12 inches of snow here [well, prolly 10, but it felt like 12] well , I wished I was back there playing in the snow ... I'd say some European nations have come to very much take our help for granted. Maybe it's time they had to pay the price of clawing their own ways out of the holes they place themsleves in. Some. Not all by any means. Not Britain. Not the eastern European nations. They were under the Soviet boot not so long ago and while they deserve most of the credit for gaining their freedom, they know that Uncle Sam helped. Snow? What's that? :-)
