The numbers are there for anyone to compute.

So why do you assume that most everyone hasn't?

"You too are in denial. Do the numbers and come back. ... The proof is in the numbers. I am trying to save you a bundle, so please be grateful...humble carl "

Spare me your silly idea of "help."

I recall you were bragging about how heavily margined you were in Cisco and Intel (and other stocks I don't recall offhand) during the boom years. I recall much gloating about how leverage was working so well for you in 1999-2000.

Perhaps you got burned by your heavy margin position. Not my problem.

I don't speculate on market movements. Stocks go up, they go down. All of my Intel stock was bought prior to 1994, most of it prior to 1986.

Most of my other tech stocks that I still hold were bought in the early 1990s. Oracle and Qualcomm I bought later.

I'm well ahead of where I was in 1997, so that's fine by me. I was contented in 1997, and I'm ahead of that now, so why should I be bitter like you are?

Stop with the lies about me. Got it?
