Yes that is exactly what I am saying. And if it is not calculated that way then there is something wrong with this practice of "new economics". Unemployment rate is defined as: the ratio of people who are able and willing to work but do not have a job divided by total population that is able and willing to work No where in this is a reference to nationality. In as much as green card holders are legally allowed to work, they are part of the work force and part of the calculation. Sun Tzu
