Duhhh, you take a sample, average it and you have not any rocket science. You have averaged a standard metric. It was averaged by country grouping. LOL.... I saw a table of data with no explanation. I don't who you suggest you are questioning. IQ is a standard numerical metric. I have no idea if the metric was measured correctly, but I have no reason to question it. Culture value, well that's something that's great to create subjective interpretation and some politically correct way to tell no-one anything about anything except all should feel good about something. American culture was and is built on tolerance. And all the tolerant Americans who possess wisdom know here you can try to be all you want to be. It's the place where luck of birth is not a roadblock to amazing success. Stupid American blame whatever for their failure. The rest of the worlds cultures are pervasive with the stupidity of stupid Americans and most are a lot less tolerant. That has noting to do with IQ.
