Velo, I went long for this C wave of the correction, but I was wondering how you counted the first hour and a half today - just a messy end to the 5 down from yesterday? I was faked out on a premature long in the first hour, thinking we had started the A of the correction then.

Thanks,

Phoenix

Velo do you differ from this commentary?

O.K., last comment on the S&P today. It looks like the correction has become a double 3, with a Flat that ended at 829 as the first part and the ramp up from 822 as the second. The second 3 looks like a zigzag, and wave a of that zigzag targets 832. 832 is also a target from the Flat, and there is a Fib. level at 833.

There is already a negative divergence on the MACD, and the RSI in the 1 & 5 min charts show this last rise is weak. It doesn't need to get to 832-833 to be complete. So unless this turnes into a triple 3, tomorrow will probably see the start of the next wave down.

Hope this all helps your trading a bit.
