Is everybody who isn't a neocon the left?

I'll never understand the need to stereotype people and their opinions so as to pigeon hole the opponents of the overcommited neocons.

There seems to be such anger towrds this massive group of people who disagree with the proportionality of what this Adminisratation is about to inflict on Iraq. Everybody is the left, when in fact, I feel it just happens that a lot of us agree on this one particular point.

And another thing. Saddam would be nothing without George W. Bush. He has elevatated this tin horn dictator into an important place in the President's legacy and the history of our country.
And as for this neocon stuff, proponents of this position seem to have very little wiggle room in crafting ideas.

THe neocons have been pushing their stuff since the questionable elecetion of 2000. And regardless of what fact patterns emerge they are forced into lock step of one ideology. BUsh is still pushing the same tax cuts he was pushing in 2000 despite the fact that every variable connected to this isssue has been turned upside down. When there was a big surplus he said it was to give the money back to the people so the government wouldn't spend it. Now it's a stimulis to help the economy "grow" out of deficit.

Boy if one is a neocon they really have to keep the faith, baby, because the facts don't support the rhetoric.

We will reform the "useful idiots" among the left as best we can and make them neoliberalcons.

I am rather surprised at your comment. I was expecting that you were a smidge more accomodating in dissenting opinions. In your surprise epiphany with regards to Yiwu I thought here is a chap who I have misread. It would appear I have discovered one who is prepared to speak out of both sides of his mouth at his convenience. I have complete confidence in you to come back now and accomodate me in your attempt to be all things to all people. mike, you must decide, shall I fess up to my beliefs or by a hypocrite indefinitely. You have some issues in your own psyche to deal with IMO. My Dr. Phil class 101 tells me you know what I am talking about. The question is "how will he handle his proclivity to deceive ?"
