"Strictly speaking he was arrested for trespassing. A private business didn't like his behavior and asked him to leave. He didn't."

Yes, I was very impressed by the two security guards and the actions of the police force. No need to call in Homeland Security on this one, huh? I think those heroic mall guards should be singled out for extraordinary bravery under fire. And let this be a warning to everyone: Do not, I repeat, do not, wear a Mickey Mouse tee shirt on the Universal Studios tour. I hear that they put them on a special bus and drop them off at the Jaws pond.

No actually he and another guy were harassing shoppers in the mall. They wanted petitions against the war to be signed. Security asked him to leave. He said "no."

He was arrested for trespass.
