Ljmi, Is the OSX at 86 at a stalemate?

For a bear, it's retreating after another failed breakout. For a bull, it's testing support on light volume.

Both the weather and time favors the bulls. Only uncertainty favors the bears. Both can make money by being on the right side of the trade, but I would rather side with time.

Present uncertainty is opportunity. What else could it be?

A last chance to exit energy before commodity prices fall?

A warning signal that the majority of investors are not comfortable buying energy because of a war in an oil producing nation?
