Is that what is?

It seems to me that just as or more important is that these are the guys who are finding new gold that is still cheap.

BTW can you recommend any particular sources as to where to research and follow these guys.

Right now I rely on Claude Cormier (Ormetal Report + posts)
russwinter, Elizabeth Andrews, Bob Johnson and everybody else.
But in essence I am sort of randomly hopping around trying to find these rough cut gems.

I would like to get a little more systematic.
