The preferred and bonds being up is an EVEN stronger bear signal(that is Smart Money moving into preferred). We get the 2nd highest closing TRIN and all of a sudden people want to make excuses for it being there. Mish you are in the school i am far wrong about how low we are going before EOY. I think a lot of people are in for a shock before EOY. Listening to trader talk, i have never heard such complete complancy about once the uncertainty is over we will do just fine. "My smug as a bug in rug" complacency reading is off the charts when MEASURED against Reality. Max
