Well, in Canada a distinction is made between private and public properties. Where businesses offer access to the public between certain hours of business operation, there is a legal responsibility to permit such access equally--regardless of disabilty, race, colour, and so forth. Private residences may withdraw access regardless of reasonable cause or prejudice.
