Paul, how utterly ridiculous !

I can understand a mall not wanting large groups of any type congregating but telling 2 individuals what they may or may not wear is out of line.

Oh well, being an attorney, I'm sure he's been terribly damaged and filed suit for pain and suffering already.

That story has come into the media in all different ways. In some of the tellings, they guy was arrested for just wearing the shirt; in others, for bothering other shoppers with his message. But all agree that he was in a store, which, being private property, does not have to provide a venue for his First Amendment rights if it doesn't so choose.
