So I suppose that if they went to the Mall and wore T-Shirts with then ten commandments on them, including "Thou Shalt Not Kill" then they should be arrested. Or better yet you could mace the scum. Ahh what a lovely society this is turning into.

No, none of that was in the story I saw. It would at least rationalize the behavior of mall security. In the actual story, though, one of the men took his shirt off when asked, even if the other was recalcitrant. Does that sound like the action of someone determined to make trouble? Also, it was not a protest, it was a guy and his son strolling around with message t- shirts. Did security observe a disturbance or confrontation? Or did it jump the gun? It still does not sound kosher to me.....
