I'm hoping to trade out of my puts in the next couple of days.

I have no idea where DRYR will trade....but I do know that the management is very well respected in the Bay Area, quite a few institutions own DRYR....and there are probably some who see this drop in the share price as a chance to buy shares "on sale".

Obviously DRYR has something that made Nestles want to own their company....so my guess is that if the Nestles merger doesn't work out, there will be another company making a bid for DRYR.
