That's a little to zealous control of private property. Especially, when he brought the offending "peace" tee at a store at the mall. What is this country coming to?

Huh! In a mall !! Man that's wild. Escorting him off premises would be outrageous but arresting him ? Man imagine if he was that guy with he laptop trying to return it instead of shooting it ? He could get life for subversive destruction of the economy... regards Kastel

Yes it is a private property but why are they selling there. Should n't they close the store or boot the store in the first place? Is there a rule preventing a customer buying a an item and not using immediately, especially cloths? Yes, The Ministry of Truth and Thought Police are in full force here. We are slowly and steadily crawling back to 1984. It was like talking to a friend of mine who is as warped as Shrub in going to war and when I mentioned that US started importing more oil from Iraq immediately after Venezeula coup shut down oil production (thanks to CIA and Shrub's new brand of democracy) with all these evil empire talk going on, his answer was it is ok to do business with Iraq even if we want to go to war or even if we don't like the guy there.
