this is, after all, government protection, not regulation Hmmm...right. I think I can protect myself from the sins of ice cream...and the possibility that this merger would provide "a company that controls nearly two-thirds of the market for the richest -- and most expensive -- ice cream." I still think that the possible outcome of higher ice cream prices would be good for the average consumer...who probably should be on a diet with Libbyt!
