My last post is a joke (in case somebody hasn't noticed <g>). The story is purely fictional and it is not a description of current business practises at VPHM. My point being that VPHM has 4 years of cash left (at current burn). The best short opportunities are companies with a) limited cash (MOGN) or b) where convertible debt weighs on the stock and market cap is still significant (as was the case with both VRTX and ALKS but not with VPHM)
