The ACLU fights for the right of people to say any obnoxious thing they want on someone else's private property, and at the same time fights just as hard to keep other kinds of speech OUT OF PUBLIC PLACES!!

The pair were on O'Reilly tonight. Not sure if I heard right, but I think the father is a lawyer. If that's true, there is little doubt he was out to make some kind of statement.

And, of course, the press didn't report the harassment of other customers, did they? Made it sound like the Mall wa just kicking them out for wearing the shirts.

Where are you getting this from that the two guys wearing PEACE tee-shirts were harassing other customers? Did you just make it up or convince yourself that it happened that way? Care to provide some backup documentation to confirm your understanding of the events surrounding the harassment and arrest of two Americans eating at a mall, while wearing a tee-shirt?

It never ceases to amaze me how little respect people really have for our Constitution?!? What if it was you that was wearing a shirt that says "Gore Lost Get Over It" and you were confronted by security and arrested for trying to go about your daily routines with a shirt on that expresses the way you feel? Don't you understand that there is a principle at stake here? All of our rights are threatened when someone's right to free speech is taken away by the government.
