Yeah probably. I think they are underestimating cap gains too. Think of everyone who has more than $3000 in carryforward losses. If they don't be careful, they'll drive biz from the state by raising taxes. Bill Simon should have pointed out the trouble we were in before the election, imo. Even we knew it was sure to be a big deficit on the New Economy board probably at least a year before the election. Hate it when we're right about gloom. Just hate it. TA
