<<<That's the rub. The NeoCons will never get closure on Iraq, the endgame turns into a Tar Baby. The Regime Change is just Act 1 Scene 1, the rest of the play is Nation Building. For that, the Stage is smoky, there is no supporting cast It's billed as a Romance (Iraq marries Lady Liberty), but a tragedy seems more likely, given how unsuited they are for each other. Can it be a Romance, if it's an arranged shotgun marriage? And the playwright, well, he's no Shakespeare >>>
Now we are speaking the same language. This is just the beginning of a 100 year war

If Saddam is still in office after 3 months the Western world has lost the first and perhaps most important battle
He will be the Hero of the Arab world, beat the great UN and the US twice. Undefeated . Other Nations will be asking him how he did it .Sending him their secret security forces for training- in "How to Cow the Public Through Torture, executions, and Terrorism"
Terrorists will be pleading with him for biological agents, he may give them away for free if they are planned for use in the US
Jacob, we just have to win this first battle, not just for Bush but for his successors too, because there is still so much to be done from 2004 onwards
