Well. Marsh I do not know... I am reading stuff and it is beginning to feel like I am in Latin America yet again... I read the stuff then I listen to people and my. My... I can go on in a rant but I have learned that it does not matter as well admired (by me), Mencken said...

"People will believe what they want to believe."

I think the combination of events --others call it the alignment of the planets"-- are really going to hurt the USA...

They are coming up with some of the most ridiculous and "idealists" concepts that I have no idea where are they digging this stuff up....

The world has changed so dramatically in the last 10 or 20 years... that it really calls for a re-evaluation of previously well-accepted "standards" or parameters...

Reminiscing about how good life was in the 50's 60's and 70's (or any other era for that matter is useless...

Besides... This country became what it became NOT precisely by being the nice guy around the block...

I mean... let's cut the liberal crap here... first, the natives got beaten and their land taken... then followed the Spaniards and followed suit... then, the very dumb and very French -ggg Napoleon sold the Lousiana Territory to the one individual who truly created the opportunity for the USA to become what it became (T. J. Earl of Monticello -ggg) he accepted without a glitch and ...(I believe without Congress having really accepted the deal) --I think there were some very dumb senators that they were saying "the country could not afford it" ----> Geese talk about treason by reason of stupidity -lol...

Then it came the most corrupt, inefficient, and pathetic... "Generalísimo” i.e. Antonio López de Santa Anna who sold the richest part of Mexico to the US after... "fighting” a war.... while the rest of the former colonial feudal lords were fighting petty fights in central Mexico and could not give a rat's arse about Texas, California and the rest.... <dumb and dumber did not start in Hollywood>

Anyway.... the point is... they were a bunch of ruthless bastards that wanted to get better and bigger and took risks and work hard and built the damned place....

Today’s attitude... (in today's world) they are going to eat our lunch in two minutes....

While congress argues if there will be benefits for the French poodles in dog cemeteries ... or not.

More than the world getting merrrrgrd... I think we are going to get badly farkkkkkked (if we continue under the current path....
