Care to provide a link to that ruling? I remember a case here in New Jersey back during the Gulf War in 1991 in which the Federal courts ruled protesters had a right to hand out anti-war leaflets, because the mall was the equivalent of a public square.

In any case, I'm for FREE SPEECH and FREEDOM. I want to be able to go to any mall or store in America with a generic PEACE tee-shirt on and not worry about being harassed by security. It is my right as an AMERICAN to express my point of view freely, as long as my clothing doesn't contain foul language.

I've worn PEACE tee-shirts before. I can't imagine being harassed by some mall security for the simple act of wearing a PEACE tee-shirt. That's going too far in my opinion. That's censorship and against the spirit of FREEDOM and what America is suppossed to be all about. If malls want to have some sort of dress code that they are going to enforce with their security, they should just ban tee-shirts altogether. No reason to selectively ban the word PEACE.

That's why I'm a liberal. I'm for FREEDOM and FREE SPEECH and good things like PEACE. Funny how I'm always arguing with conservatives about basic rights like FREE SPEECH. What do you guys have against it?
