If one little thing goes wrong with Bush's invasion, and something will undoubtedly go wrong if not with the invasion but the aftermath, then Bush will be hard pressed for a victory in 04.

Of course they may convert to electronic voting machines with no exit polls.........that might work for Bush!!

Perhaps the "powers that be" will be hurt financially by a global boycott of US goods..............that is what will turn the tide of power.

When we start to see Republicans vacating Bush's agenda ( and we already see that ), then the beginning of the end will be in sight.

It wasn't the Democrats that brought down Nixon...........it was the Republicans that couldn't support him anymore for fear of reprisals in their constituencies. That;s what brought him down.

In DC............cover thine own backside first and foremost. When the political careers of others are imperiled by Bush he then goes down. A bloody, unwanted and unjustified war that erodes the existence of the UN while
driving the economy of the US further into debt will make him an easy target in 04. And that doesn't include the lengthy aftermath of an unwanted occupation............Beiruit here we come again.......the number of deaths is the only variable.
